Factory Ladder
A Factory Ladder is a self-supporting, single-sided industrial platform step ladder engineered for frequent maintenance access across industrial plant floors, machinery bays, and warehouses. Featuring an independent A-frame, deep serrated steps, an elevated working platform, and slip-resistant rubber feet, it eliminates wall dependency during daily plant servicing.
- Independent Freestanding Stance: Deploys freely around machinery, process tanks, and central plant aisles without wall support.
- Spacious Top Working Deck: Wide chequered platform provides secure footing for two-handed mechanical maintenance.
- Deep Ribbed Anti-Slip Steps: Heavy serrations ensure maximum boot traction even in oily or damp workshop environments.
- Rigid Cross-Braced Rear: Heavy tubular aluminium diagonal struts eliminate lateral sway and frame twisting.

Key Product Features
Each component is designed for daily durability, straightforward deployment, and balanced stability.
1. Single-Sided Freestanding A-Frame
Independent Deployment
Stands stably on any level floor surface without needing a wall or structural column for leaning support.
2. Elevated Top Working Platform
Tool Staging & Balance
Provides a secure standing deck that enables technicians to work with both hands free while handling parts or tools.
3. Heavy Serrated Aluminium Steps
Oil-Resistant Grip
Deep horizontal tread corrugations prevent footwear slippage in heavy industrial and manufacturing areas.
4. High-Rise Safety Knee Guard
Upper Thigh Support
Extended upper guardrail serves as a stabilizing front contact point when standing on top working steps.
5. Heavy-Duty Cross-Spreaders
Positive Open Lock
Dual mechanical locking spreaders prevent accidental folding while under worker load.
6. Industrial Rubber Floor Boots
Non-Skid Base
Thick molded rubber shoes grip shop floor concrete, epoxy, or metal plates while preventing surface damage.
Applications & Use Cases
Where and how Factory Ladder delivers safe, repeatable efficiency across everyday tasks.

Critical Electrical Warning: Conductive Metal Notice
Aluminium and industrial metal ladders conduct electrical current. Never use this ladder near live electrical wiring, exposed electrical conduits, open switchboards, or high-voltage lines.
If your work involves electrical maintenance, repairs near power distribution boards, or industrial cabling, you must exclusively use our dielectric FRP Non-Conductive Ladders engineered for high-voltage isolation.
1. Solid, Level Ground
Always set base feet on a flat, solid, dry surface. Never place wedges, bricks, or unstable blocks under stiles to level the ladder on uneven floors.
2. Positive Locking Check
Ensure all mechanical spreader arms, hinge locks, or telescopic gravity pawls are fully engaged and locked before ascending the ladder.
3. Respect Load Ratings
Total combined weight - including user, tools, and carried materials - must strictly remain within the manufacturer's rated duty capacity.
4. 3 Points of Contact
Maintain three points of contact (two feet and one hand, or two hands and one foot) while ascending or descending. Always face the ladder while climbing.
5. Never Move While Occupied
Never attempt to bounce, walk, slide, or adjust the ladder position while standing on it. Descend fully to the ground before repositioning.
6. Pre-Shift Inspection
Check rails, rungs, fasteners, and rubber feet for grease, cracks, or deformation before use. Remove damaged ladders from service immediately.
